The Ashtabula Arts Center offers individual music instruction in a number of different areas. Lesson times are scheduled at the convienience of the student and the teacher.

A Note About Suzuki Violin
for Children Age 4 and upInstruction in violin, viola, & cello is offered by Dr. Carol Linsenmeier using the nurturing teaching method developed by Dr. Shinichi Suzuki. Students may begin to study on child-sized instruments as young as 4 years of age. Teaching methods especially adapted to young children are used. Parents are an essential part of the process as they attend their child's private lessons and practice with the child at home. Students also attend a weekly group class. Cost of the group lesson is $5 per week in addition to the private instruction fee. Group lesson for this session is on Thursdays at 6 p.m.
