An Evening of One Acts

Mon. & Tues. March 5 & 6:
7 - 9 p.m.
Bring a prepared monologue (not to exceed one minute).
Readings will also be done from the scripts.

Saturday, March 17 and Sunday, March 18
Auditions for ages 14 and under: Saturday, March 17 from 10a.m. -12 p.m. & Sunday, March 18 from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. Each auditioner must prepare a 32 bar cut of a song (sheet music is highly suggested) along with an age appropriate monologue, no longer than one minute. Each auditioner will be required to stay for a quick dance call in the musical theater style.
Auditions for ages 15 and up: By appointment only. The Arts Center will start reserving appointment times beginning on Feb, 17 during regular office hours. All auditioners must prepare a 32 bar cut of a song from the musical theater genre (sheet music is highly suggested) and an age appropriate monologue no longer than one minute long. The overall audition may not exceed 3 minutes.
Each auditioner will be required to stay for two dance auditions (ballet and jazz/musical theater movement) in order to be considered for each show. Please make sure to have proper dance attire for the dance portion.
